What is schnapps?
The schnapps is produced in Germany since the beginning of the 16th century, and is quite popular in its homeland. Therefore, it can be called with certainty German national beverage.

The data regarding the correct strength of schnapps are inconclusive. Some speak about 38-40 degrees and others more often - 20-30 degrees. As a rule, this is an aromatized beverage. In each case the recipe and conditions of production are unique, that is why it is thought that there are now two identical schnappses. By culture of drinking, schnapps is more similar to liquor, and is an excellent beverage, which concludes the banquets. It is recommended to drink schnapps by little portions, decant drop by drop, and roll it on the tongue, in order to enjoy the wonderful aftertaste.

You can easily drink it since there is no excessive sweetness, which is present in sweet drinks and liqueurs, and the alcohol is almost unnoticeable. The alcoholic aromatized sweet beverage "Gretchen Schnapps" of ̉̀ "Spicul de Aur", is issued in bottles of 0,5 liter, alc. 24%, sugar 12 g/100ñm3, with aroma of peach, ashberry and blackberry.

It is produced by means of mixing grapes of the following varieties: Lidia, Isabella and Noa, which grow in the central forest region of Moldova. Its aroma consists of blackberry, black-currant and strawberry flavors. It is distinguished by its light-amber coloring. It is recommended to serve it with fresh fruits and dessert. The combination of the pink beverage "Misstella" with ice-cream is excellent.

White "Misstella"
It is produced on the basis of Noa grapes juice. The flavor of honey, almond and forest berries can be felt in the bouquet. A citron tone and caramel shade predominate in the taste, leaving a long, pleasant and refreshing aftertaste. It is perfect as a supplement to the pineapple cake.

Red "Misstella"
It is prepared on the basis of the Lidia and Isabella grapes mixture. It has a dark rich red color and an intense berry taste with juicy strawberry flavor.
