The "ENTEH" shareholding company is the general distributor of the "Produse Cerealiere" enterprise, Balti. It accepts orders for spirit processing out of corn and wheat on commission.

Spirit output:

• out of one ton of wheat - from 31.5 to 32.5 dal of spirit. The cost of processing of one ton of wheat depending on the output and volume varies between 1700 and 1760 lei.;
• Out of one ton of corn - from32.5 to 34.0 dal of spirit. The cost of processing of one ton of corn depending on the output and volume varies between 1740 and 1790 lei.

Vodka

The Shareholding Company "Produse Cerealiere", Balti, Moldova

The enterprise was founded in 1944. Originally it was specialized in grain processing, producing of high quality sorts of flavour, cereals as well as fodder out of waste products.

Since 1997 the shareholding company "Produse Cerealiere" has been the only producer of the wheat spirit in the Republic of Moldova. The classical technology, modern equipment, means of automation of industrial processes and the usage of ecologically clean raw materials allow to produce high quality products exceeding the standard level. The produced spirit - ethyl, rectified - "Highly purified", "Extra", "Lux" - differ from other kinds of spirit by their special mildness, clarity and pure aroma.

July 2001 - the launch of a new section for producing high quality sorts of vodka. The first three sorts of vodka under the trade mark "Spicul de Aur" were made out of the self-produced spirit "Lux". The water for producing vodka undergoes special multiple purification with the help of cation filters and softening in the process of indirect osmosis After mixing all the necessary ingredients required by the classical technology, vodka undergoes two more stages of purification.

It is prepared after the original recipe out wheat ethyl rectified spirit of the "Lux" category and softened water. It has a mild taste and a pleasant aroma. It is the best sample of the new series of vodka. It was awarded a silver medal at the International Exposition of wines, soft and alcohol drinks "Expo Drink - 2001?in Bucharest in November 2001. In February 2002 it received a bronze medal in Chisinau, at the International Exposition "Vin-Moldova - 2002", as well as in Saint-Petersbourgh where in June 2002 at the "Petersbourgh Fair of Wines and Vodka" it was awarded a silver medal at the contest testing of wines and vodka products.

The "Moara Veche" vodka ("The Old Mill") 40°

It is made by mixing the ethyl rectified spirit "Lux" (State Standard 12712) and softened water, with carbon processing and addition of sugar and citric acid. It has a mild taste, typical for this sort of vodka without any irrelevant shade of taste and aroma. In June 2002 in Saint-Petersbourgh it was awarded an Honourable Diploma.

The "Cornisor" vodka ("The Cayenne Vodka") 38°

It is prepared after the original technology on the basis of the ethyl rectified spirit "Lux" and softened water with the addition of cayenne tincture "Cornisor". It possesses a pungent taste and a light cayenne aroma. In November 2001 in Bucharest at the International Exposition of Wines, Alcohol and Soft Drinks "Expo-Drink - 2001" it was awarded an Honourable Diploma.

The "Populara" vodka ("The Popular Vodka") 40°

It is prepared after the original technology out of the ethyl rectified spirit of highest purification and softened water. It has a pleasant taste and a delicate mild aroma of a ripe wheat grain contributing to its special blend taste.

The "Roua Moldovei" vodka ( "The Dew of Moldova") 40°

It is prepared after a special technological scheme out of grain rectified ethyl spirit "Lux" , specially prepared softened water and natural ingredients. It refers to the category of special vodkas.

It is prepared after the original technology out of ethyl rectified highly purified spirit and softened water with the addition of walnut tincture, which adds a gentle amber shade to its taste. It possesses an original pleasant taste with light acerbity and fragrance of a new walnut. It contains iodine.

The "Hai Noroc!" vodka ("Cheers!") 40°

It is prepared after the original recipe on the basis of ethyl-rectified spirit of the highest purification and softened water. It possesses a gentle aroma of the ripe wheat grain which adds to its taste.
