The shareholding company "ENTEH" has been operating since 1994. During this period of time the "ENTEH" company has grown out of a small company into the largest tax-payer of the Republic of Moldova.

• The staff of the company is highly professional, active and responsible in business, success-oriented. The company has founded long-term reliable relationship with many economic agents in Moldova and abroad. The export-import operations form about 60% of the general commodity turnover. Among long-term partners there are companies from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus.

• The strategy of the company presupposes active investments into the domestic industrial sector of economics.

• The wide assortment and the high quality of the delivered goods are guaranteed both by the company and its partners-producers of the product.

The headquarters of the "ENTEH" company are located in Chisinau on the company-owned plottage of 0,14 hectares where 1550 square meters of modern office premises are situated. The company owns a wholesale store with the total surface area of 1000 sq.m. located at 4 Transnistriei Street, Chisinau. The company sells wholesale food and alcohol products there.

The company owns control packets of shares of many active companies and enterprises in Moldova, it is one of the leading shareholders of the "Energbank".

The company's pride is the shareholding company "Produse Cerealiere", Balti, where more than 70% of shares belong to the "ENTEH" company. The Balti enterprise has a long history It was founded in 1944 and has got a very rich experience in producing many sorts of high quality baking flour. In 1997 a new spirit factory was built and settled up. A large grain elevator makes it possible to store up and preserve raw grains. The "Produse Cerealiere" shareholding company is still the only producer of wheat spirit in Moldova which exceeds the standard quality requirements. At present the "ENTEH" company is making considerable investments into this enterprise. In July 2001 a new vodka producing line was launched; the general distributor of the product is the "ENTEH" company. The beginning of the year 2001 was marked by the launch of the first part of the cattle breading farming for industrial pork growing.

The "Spicul de aur" grocery store with the total surface area of 408 sq.m. located in one of the districts of Chisinau is the basic trading representation of the "Produse Cerealiere" company, Balti, which sells vodka under the trade mark "Spicul de Aur".
